Position: Customer Service Representative
•Processing and handling of customer orders
•Preparing quotations, invoices, etc.
•General communication with customers on overallsales, marketing and aftersales issues
•Assist (Area) Sales Managers in their work withcustomers and provide relevant documents such as PI, orders, invoices, deliveryconfirmations, etc.
•Generally creating a communication window towardscustomer and the sales team in the field
•Good language skills in English
•Handle aftersales cases and complaints of customers
•Experiences in Excel and CRM system etc
